The UniSpec-DC is a dual channel (VIS/NIR), portable instrument capable of unattended, simultaneous measurment of incident and reflected light under any sky conditions including clouds.  It is truly a self-contained system that does not require a separate PC for operation.  The UniSpec-DC features two high precision, synchronized miniature photodiode array detectors that feature high sensitivity, repeatability and long term calibration stability.

The UniSpec-DC includes a built-in, rechargable 7.2V Li-Ion battery, which provides power to the system.  A fully charged battery will typically last for up to 10 hours of continuous use in the field.  The UniSpec-DC has a wide variety of accessories including fiber optics, FOV lens, cosine receptor, external battery back and reference standards.  It features an innovative, ergonomic system console designed specifically for demanding field conditions.  It also includes a powerful software package that allows you to measure and analyze reflectance with on-line help to guide you every step of the way.
