cyanobacteria, corals or leaves can be investigated for their
photochemical yields, quenching parameters, state transitions or
kinetics of photosynthetic redox reaction.
Standard Version (FL200-S)
Sample Cuvette is placed in a close proximity of the detector and
LEDs.10 super bright LEDs which can be autonomously operated are
used. Measures the fluorescence induction with a single turnover
saturating flash which also makes possible to assess the PSII
antenna heterogeneity. Controlled by the Windows xp/2000 or higher
compatible Fuorwine software.
Fast Version (FL200-F)
The response time of fluorescence detector is 500ns.Light sources
are red/orange/blue LEDs which generate saturating flashes of 400ns
and duration in the range of 20 to 100us.PAR intensity during the
flash is 200000um photons m –2s-1.
High-Sensitivity (FL200-PMT)
Measures fluorescence induction and QA-reoxidation kinetics with
sub-nanomolar chlorophyll concentrations. A glass Cuvette is
enclosed in an integrating sphere. It supports PAM measurements,
also captures OJIP transients. |
